Having had continuous success in the construction industry for more
than 45 years, the team at JJ Brooks Construction established Mypods
as a partner company in 2012. We offer bespoke modular building solutions to a variety of market sectors including education and community, office and commercial and hotels and leisure venues.

All of our modular buildings are individually designed after extensive discussions with our clients and, for larger structurally impressive buildings, we work with reputable local architects who bring unique and innovative ideas to the table.

Modular Building Solutions

The units can be constructed to any size and specification and utilised for an array of requirements including classrooms and study areas, community halls, commercial space, offices and meeting rooms, entertaining spaces and accommodation.

We enjoy creating stunning structures that compliment their surroundings and neighbouring buildings, but which also fulfil our clients’ unique needs and requirements internally.

Using a range of eco-friendly, modern materials of the highest specification and quality both inside and out, we are able to offer organic looking buildings with a contemporary twist.

Education Pods

JJBC has completed numerous projects for London education faculties over many years including Dulwich College and Dulwich Prep, the Old Palace of John Whitgift, Croham Hurst School and Oakfield Prep; therefore we are in the enviable position of understanding the strict deadlines and project turnaround times for assignments undertaken at educational establishments.
We ensure all projects are completed on budget and within the agreed timeframe to the high standard that is synonymous with our brand whilst maintaining a professional and safe working environment at all times (when necessary, all of our team are fully DBS, previously CRB, checked); this has resulted in successfully securing repeat business over many years.

Operating as Mypods, we have built a brand new, self contained pre-school building in Sevenoaks, Kent and bespoke study pods for the University of Westminster's Harrow campus in London.
