The Pod Process

Following a brief discussion via phone calls or email to ascertain your fundamental requirements, we will be able to provide you with an initial approximate quotation.

After further detailed discussions and a site visit to establish your exact requirements, we will be able to provide you with a fully personalised quotation together with intricate designs and drawings.

Should you wish to proceed with your pod, we will provide you with a full specification contract. We require a deposit of 40% of the quoted price, with a further 40% payable during the final stages of installation and the remaining 20% payable within 7 days of your pod being completed.

Using our experienced installation team, your pod will either be built on or off-site (dependent on accessibility), which is discussed and agreed in advance.

In many cases, where planning permission is not required, we aim to design, deliver and install your pod within 6–8 weeks.

The final product will be a fully insulated, finished and secure pod that you will be able to start using as soon as the last member of our installation team has finished.
